Cancellation and rescheduling
- The cancellation referred to in this contract, if at the initiative of the CONTRACTOR and, within 7 (seven) days after the confirmation of the reservation made outside the commercial establishment, will entitle the CONTRACTOR to a full refund of the amounts paid. In the same way, there is no right to return the amounts spent by the CONTRACTOR, in the event that the cancellation is made 72 (seventy-two) hours before the use
of the services.- If the cancellation is at the initiative of the CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTOR will receive a credit for the amounts already paid for use in another season or in other services provided by the CONTRACTED company, as well as reimbursement of the amounts.
- In the event of the postponement or cancellation of the event subject to this contract, due to the state of public calamity and the public health emergency resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, the CONTRACTED PARTY will have the option of rescheduling the event, or of providing a credit for use or discount on the purchase of other available services or events. Once this has been done, the CONTRACTOR will be exempt from reimbursing any amount paid by
the CONTRACTOR.- Possible cancellations or delays of contracts due to the weather do not constitute a case of fortuitous event or force majeure, and are not eligible for financial reimbursement by the service provider.
- After hiring, the scheduling dates confirm the start and end of the contract.
