Birthday Party Promotion
For every 3 paying people, the birthday person has free admission.
The birthday person must contact us via WhatsApp (Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00).
The promotion is valid only for birthdays of the month.
A birthday person will not be allowed to enter without a ticket, which must be purchased after contacting us via WhatsApp.
Be aware of the promotion for birthdays posted on Instagram and WhatsApp.
We do not refund the amount of the birthday person's down payment in consummation or chargeback after purchase.

Cancellation and rescheduling
The cancellation referred to in this contract, if made at the initiative of the CONTRACTOR, within 7 (seven) days after the confirmation of the reservation made outside the commercial establishment, will guarantee the CONTRACTOR the right to a full refund of the amounts paid. Likewise, there will be no right to a refund of the amounts paid by the CONTRACTOR, if the cancellation occurs 72 (seventy-two) hours before the use of the services

e) Vacate the premises at the specified time. Failure to comply with the departure time, without prior request and authorization for extension, will result in the charge of another daily rate. If there is availability, the request can be fulfilled
.f) Use OASIS assets with care to avoid damage, especially to electrical and electronic equipment. Any damage to the goods will be charged additionally, including other expenses
.Safety Rules
Don't leave your belongings loose and unattended. The storage of them is the sole responsibility of the user. Valuable goods and objects such as jewelry, watches, cell phones, credit cards, identity cards, paper money (reais, dollars, etc.), are not the responsibility of OÁSIS. Nor is OÁSIS responsible for vehicle damage or theft, nor for damage caused by natural weather
and others.The OASIS does not have lifeguards for swimming pools, so it is not responsible for any problems that may occur, especially with people who cannot swim. The same criterion applies to any leisure area. Users' belongings lost or forgotten in the OASIS will be kept for a maximum period of 03 months. After this period, the OASIS will be free to choose the destination it deems appropriate.
It is prohibited: the use of portable speakers, as the site offers ambient sound and there must be respect for other users; the carrying and use of any type of legally prohibited object or substance or of any type of weapon; the practice of sports in inappropriate places or that may pose risks to other users; the use of toys in inappropriate places or that may cause harm to third parties; the abandonment of glass containers in inappropriate places, such as areas of circulation and leisure, especially in wet or bathing areas, as indicated by the signs.
